The Secret to Your Success In One Word

The Secret to Your Success In One Word

I think if I had to sum up the difference between those attracting an abundance of their ideal client and those who are not in one word. The word would be connection. As human beings we crave it. And depending on what side of the coin we sit, we can use this to be our greatest strength or our biggest weakness.  As our need to satisfy our craving for acceptance and be part of the gang, dulls our edges to such an extent we only look to blend in. The problem with that is that like our other mammalian friends we sense this lack of authenticity, or neediness both consciously and subconsciously.  And when the awareness of receiving the diluted version of the person or the message in front of us comes into our awareness, while we may momentarily look up, we then find ourselves all too quickly being re-absorbed into other things. It’s just not captivating. True connection comes when we are most aligned with our centre. When we know what our core values are and when we share from our hearts. This type of ‘authentic’ sharing takes guts, as it more often than not feels as though we are disconnecting ourselves from the pack. But this kind of truth….your truth. Presented in the purest...

How are You Keeping The Vibe High?

How are You Keeping The Vibe High?

When I got up this morning, I noticed something decidedly different about how I have been feeling about work and the things I want to achieve over the next few weeks. After being woken up hella early, by a little boy and a wet bed and not being able to get back to sleep, instead of lying awake bitching about it. I decided I would read How to Be Fucking Awesome, a book by Dan Meredith…it’s good. I haven’t read anything I don’t already know, but it felt good to be reminded of the importance of the principles I am attempting to live and work by. This book followed almost 2 hours of Joseph Murray’s, How to Create Wealth and Success, when driving to and fro from London yesterday. Lots of ideas on how to sharpen my affirmations and what he calls scientific prayer…I for-warn you, if copious references to God will either freak you out or annoy you, Joseph Murray is definitely not the author for you. Which was proceeded by half an hour of one of my online mentors talking about money mindset, creating impact and making sales. Unfortunately, I missed a call with my mentor this week because of logistical and technological fails with my move. However, what is completely obvious to me is,...

Moving Week = Business and Life Stress

Moving Week = Business and Life Stress

So, I’m going to be really straight up: As a youngster I was feisty, rude, thought I knew it all and if anyone crossed me I would have no problems attempting to put them back in their place. I was a happy human being, prone to angry outbursts and a ‘don’t you mess with me attitude.’ As I got older I mellowed. The woman I had called Mum my entire life died and I was introduced to Eckhart Tolle, The Celestine Prophecy and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I wanted more than just partying hard, destructive relationships and that feeling of not being quite good enough. And so I immersed myself in personal development. Book after, book, after book I have read. I went on crazy conferences like The Landmark Forum and I stopped feeling scared of people taking advantage and I brought more awareness to basically chilling the fuck out. As I travelled around the world, meeting best friends and magical people I began to like and more importantly trust myself and life more and more until I was eventually led to my path in hypnobirthing. Although my hypnobirthing journey hasn’t been a traditional one, when I found it alongside my hypnotherapy studies, it was like I was coming home. And...
