I will say up front that if you're looking to lose 10 pounds quickly, in order to fit into the lovely little number you bought in the sales last week - the tips below won't be for you.  However, if you're looking to change your shape for the better and create a long lasting and sustainable way to manage your weight and your attitude towards food then my top 10 tips are a fabulous starting point. 1. Protein Eat protein with as many meals as possible, it takes longer for the body to break down and keeps you feeling fuller for longer. 2. Why is Dieting Making You Fat?
