Lucy
Lucy has been a coach with Team Suzy since 2021. Lucy is an accredited ICF Coach and also trained under Nicky Clinch as a maturation coach. Prior to joining the team she ran her own coaching business and co-owned a retreat business, she has been teaching Kundalini yoga, meditation, mantra and sound healing for 10 years. Her passion is breaking through and dissolving the stories that hold you back in your business by working somatically in the body/mind. She uses all these modalities to support and help the clients create leaps in their business and life.
Sesh
Sesh has been on Team Suzy since 2021. Before this, she was a coach and mindset mentor for teachers, taught science at secondary level for 10 years in 2 countries, developed and published an app and journal for personal self coaching for teachers. Sesh is also an accredited ICF coach and Quantum flow practitioner and uses her understanding of teaching, science, embodiment and energetics in the work she does with the clients in Suzy’s containers.
