Do I need any prior coaching experience to apply?
No. Some of our most successful graduates came straight from corporate with zero formal coaching experience. What you need is a genuine desire to help people change, a willingness to do your own work alongside your clients, and the commitment to show up fully for the duration of the programme. The methodology does the rest.
What accreditation does the QTM Certification carry?
The QTM Certification is internationally accredited. We made a deliberate decision to move away from ICF accreditation to give our coaches greater flexibility and freedom in how they teach and apply the methodology. What matters most to us is not the letters after your name. It is the results you create for your clients.
How is this different from every other coaching certification out there?
Most certifications train you to work at the cognitive level. Questions, goals, accountability. QTM trains you to work in three dimensions simultaneously, neurological, somatic and energetic. How much time do I need to commit each week?
Five to eight hours a week. About an hour a day. The programme is designed for women who are still working full time, which means we have been intentional about how the curriculum is structured and delivered. An hour a day to create a whole new career and income stream. We will walk you through exactly how that breaks down on your discovery call.
When do I start signing clients?
From the beginning. We do not believe in waiting until you feel ready or until you have completed every module before you start working with paying clients. You will begin working towards your first five clients from the moment you enter the programme. The methodology supports you to do that with confidence.
What if I already have a coaching practice?
Many of our graduates came in as existing coaches who knew something was missing. Whether that is consistency of results, a deeper toolkit or simply a methodology they could stand behind completely.
