The Truth About Why You’re Still Stuck

We tell ourselves it’s about strategy.
We say, “I just need to figure out my niche,” or “Once my website’s perfect, then I’ll launch.”

But what’s really happening?

You’re thinking instead of executing.
You’re hiding in over-prepping, over-planning, and “processing.”

And that is the new procrastination.

I say this with love because I’ve been her too.

That woman who keeps telling the same story about why she hasn’t launched yet.
Who’s been doing shadow work for fifteen years and still hasn’t moved.
Who’s watching everyone else go big while convincing herself she’s just “waiting for alignment.”

It’s not alignment you’re missing.
It’s momentum.

What To Do When You’re Tired of Hearing Yourself Talk

Here’s what I want you to do right now. No delays. Just clarity.

1️⃣ Pick your big, scary, juicy goal.
Want to make £100K this year? Launch your group program? Ditch your 9–5?

Name it.

2️⃣ Identify the first problem you need to solve.
If you want to be a £100K coach but you’re not certified yet, your first problem is becoming a coach.
If you’re already certified but no one’s buying? You need to solve the “how do I attract aligned clients consistently?” problem.

Don’t try to solve all 50 problems that might show up in a year.
Just handle the first one.

3️⃣ Put a time limit on planning.
30 minutes. 60 max. 1 day. Just pick your time, be specific. 

 Then? You act.

4️⃣ Execute, review, refine. Repeat.

Create the Canva.
Send the email.
Post the offer.
Book the call.

Move.

That’s the game. That’s business.
It’s not always sexy.
But it’s how you get the life you’ve been pretending to meditate on.

The Cost of Waiting for the Perfect Plan

Can I tell you about my biggest month ever?

Over £400K in sales.
And you know what I didn’t do?
I didn’t spend six months mapping out every possible scenario before I started.

And so you can imagine my surprise when halfway through the launch, when things were going better than I had ever imagined, I realised in real time, that I didn’t have the capacity to coach everyone on my own.

So I hired a coach in the middle of it.

So I didn’t have to stop the flow. 

It wasn’t perfect, but I went with it. 

The lesson I learned? You solve the next problem when it shows up, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have EVERYTHING eventually anticipated in advance. 

See a problem. 

Deal with the problem. 

Move on.

When you try to pre-solve every possible challenge frequently you end up stuck. Paralyzed by “what ifs.”

Execution is the only thing that builds momentum.

Business Isn’t About Feeling Ready, It’s About Deciding

You don’t have to feel “ready.”
You just have to decide.

You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need a bias toward action.
