How to Change
I recorded this episode while sitting backstage before stepping onto one of the biggest stages I’ve spoken on, in front of nearly a thousand people.
Two weeks earlier I had been in Sedona with some of the sharpest minds in the coaching and marketing industry. Now I was about to deliver a talk about something far less glamorous but far more important.
The duality of life.
The truth that even when life looks extraordinary from the outside, there can still be challenge, tension, change and uncertainty behind the scenes.
In moments like that people often say the same thing:
“You’re so resilient.”
And while resilience is powerful, it isn’t the thing that moves your life forward.
Resilience keeps you afloat.
But if you want change, if you want evolution, if you want to move from surviving to thriving, something else is required.
In this episode I explore what this is and why it is the difference between people who stay stuck and people who transform their lives.
