The Hidden Power of Seasons in Business and Life: A Journey Through Struggle to Success

Ever had that moment when everything looks perfect on paper, but inside you’re crumbling? That was me last year. Despite launching my book “How to Crack the Code of Conscious Wealth Creation,” I was swimming in imposter syndrome. But here’s the fascinating twist – every word I wrote became more real as the year progressed.

Fast forward to today, and we’re seeing a 35% year-over-year growth. It feels effortless, like we’re just warming up. But let me tell you a secret: this didn’t happen overnight.

Last year, while everyone around me seemed to be crushing it, I was struggling internally. You know that feeling when everyone’s celebrating, but you’re secretly thinking, “What’s wrong with me?” If you’re nodding your head, you’re not alone.

Here’s what I learned: There’s nothing wrong with you. You are whole, complete, and enough – regardless of your bank account, launch success, or client roster. The game-changer? Keeping one foot in front of the other, even when you’re not taking quantum leaps.

Life and business are cyclical, just like nature. We can’t always be in summer or spring. There’s autumn and winter too. The problem isn’t the season – it’s giving up during the tough times. As Madonna once said, the most controversial thing she ever did was stick around.

Let’s talk about the three levels of business mastery:

Level 1: Understanding that everything will be alright in the end. If it’s not alright, it’s not the end.

Level 2: Shifting from “life is happening to me” to “life is happening for me.” This is about being in receiving mode.

Level 3: Celebrating at a cellular level. Not just mental celebration, but feeling it in your bones. This means you’ve transcended victim mentality and see every challenge as a setup for your next breakthrough.

Last year, I couldn’t always access Level 3, and that’s okay. Sometimes, all you can do is take one step, then another, then another. And guess what? That’s enough.

For those riding high right now – celebrate hard! Share your wins, let your cheerleaders see you in your glory. Why? Because celebration creates momentum. The flywheel effect of your joy and gratitude attracts more success.

Some people hold back from celebrating, fearing their success won’t last. Here’s the truth: We celebrate for the sake of celebrating, period. When things aren’t celebration-worthy, shift into receiving mode by finding the lesson in every situation.

Think of it this way: If the same challenge keeps showing up, you haven’t learned the lesson yet. Once you truly learn, you’ll face new challenges instead of repeating old ones.

The key takeaways?

  1. Remember it’s all just a season. Every tough moment carries a gift – if you can’t see it, ask someone who can.
  2. When things are great, celebrate and share. Let others be inspired by your light.
  3. Keep going – both when it’s good (to build momentum) and when it’s tough (to stay in the game).

Looking back at my journey, I see how my refusal to give up, especially during those darker moments, set the stage for our current success. Being a single parent with three kids depending on me meant throwing in the towel wasn’t an option. This forced resilience became my superpower.

Today, our business is thriving not because we avoided challenges, but because we embraced them as part of our growth story. Every setback became a setup for a comeback.

Remember: Faith + Action = Miracles. Whether you’re in a season of abundance or challenge, keep moving forward. Your persistence isn’t just about you – it’s about showing others what’s possible.
