Have you Turned Your Light On?

Morning Gorgeous ones, how are you feeling today.

I feel like this is really the start of the New Year and I feel like the spring that has being coiled up tighter and tighter over the Xmas holidays and has finally been set free. 🙂

It feels good.

My morning started very intentionally.

I’ve spoken A LOT about the importance of a morning routine. I’m not saying it’s easy with a 5 month old who is not playing ball as much as I would like when it comes to sleeping, but it is doable.

So, this morning after a 5. 20am feed, I found a beautiful guided gratitude meditation on YouTube which I listened to for 20 minutes.

I then journaled for 40/45 minutes.

Setting out my intentions.

My journaling which has been more on than off over the last 12 months, but can still do with a little kick in the butt when it comes to be truly consistent, was all about writing and affirming my future.

I detailed out what my ideal clients will be bringing to the table.

How motivated she is.

How positive she is.

A mofo of an implementer.

Someone who yearns to go deep beneath the surface of where she’s been ‘hiding’ out today.

Someone who feels excited by the idea of serving millions and making millions.

I wrote out my financial targets.

My program targets.

How I want to feel in my relationships.

How I want my body to feel.

How I feel about myself.

Everything.

And by the end of the session, I felt rocking and rolling.

Then I went out for a HIIT run. I didn’t want to go, but I have only one mission, which is to always be just a little bit better than I was the day before.

It was that idea that got my leggings on and kept me going past the 15-minute mark – yes I have a hell of a long way to go.

But I am not concerned about that.

Why?

Because I am my only competition.

And as I walked back observing just how beautiful the sky looked, I noticed something that never fails to create warm fuzzy feelings.

Every person I passed on the street, wanted to hold my gaze and smile at me.

And they did.

I realized I had my light on.

When you have your light on, great things happen.

People want to give you things.

Random people smile at you in the street.

People want to have and enjoy conversations with you.

It’s a stunning feeling.

And the beautiful thing about it, is you’re completely in control of it.

You can turn it off and on at will.

All by raising your vibration and getting into THAT magic space of appreciation.

When I came back to feed and water the kids I went into the bathroom and looked at myself straight in the eyes.

Then my boobs.

Then my stomach (which for the first time in my life I haven’t been appreciating as much as I should have lately.)

And I showered myself in love.

I audibly loved every bit of me.

I looked into my eyes and then my body with no judgement.

With nothing but love.

And it felt amazing.

Today I am shining bright. And that light allows me to share with you and show up exactly as I choose. No fear. No judgement. Just me.

And I know that the people that need to read this message today will be the ones that see it and then take it to heart.

And if you follow them online you’ll start to notice little changes in their personal updates.

Their business messaging.

The stuff they are letting go of as their ability to handle adversity is magnified ten times over.

Having your light turned on is the first step in connecting with yourself.

And then should you want to.

Should you need to.

Should you HAVE to for fear that you might implode, begin to share YOUR message in a way you have never communicated before.

Your one true voice.

You become the activating agent.

The fire starter.

Attracting your tribe like moths to the flame.

Have you turned your light on today?
