Well, peeps. As I am about to leave Mexico and Puerto Escondido, where my family and I have lived for a year now… It felt like a really good time to do some reflecting. And know this – when we planned to move, it was almost on a whim. Jerome made the suggestion to go somewhere hot and we started throwing ideas up in the air.
But it has honestly been one of the best decisions we have ever made. The memories we’ve made as a family have been priceless, and the transformation I’ve gone through in myself and in my business has been phenomenal.
I thought I’d let you in on what I’ve learnt – and I hope it inspires you to take the plunge in an area of your life too.

And how much fun we can have, and how brave, and courageous, and adventurous we can be as a unit… that we would never have known if we had not got on the plane.”
- “So really I should say my family and my work – because work definitely encompasses work and play.”
- “When you commit to simplicity, when you commit to ease, when you commit to just working it out, it always works out. It always works out.”
