When things aren’t going to plan I know it can be easy to look at what other people are doing and saying. I sometimes get it too where my attention gets drawn to something else.

The time and energy it takes to observe and then berate yourself because you’re not doing what someone else is doing, is only distracting you from doing what you are supposed to be doing. Which is living into your purpose.

My invitation to you reading this today is to really refocus on why you started out on this path and where exactly it is that you desire to go. 

Here’s some questions to ask yourself:

What do I need to let go of in order to get back on track?

What do I need to focus on to take this dream and make it my reality?

What do I need to focus on in order to take the next best step?

What do I need to focus on in order to create momentum after I’ve taken that best next step?

I want to remind you that you are exactly where you need to be and there is nobody on this planet who can do you the way that you do you.

So when you’re looking around at someone else’s magic wondering if you can do the same, remember that you are able to create your own magic. You can do you in a way that no one else can replicate.

It’s really all about remembering why you’re here and what your unique purpose is. I think it’s really helpful to have that bigger picture vision. But even if you don’t know what fingerprint you want to leave on this planet, make sure you are showing up for something that goes beyond you and your family.

Take this as a PSA (both for me and you) and a sign for you to pull your head out of your backside and recenter, refocus, and realign. Acknowledge that you are a badass.
