You like to think of yourself as someone who has a can-do attitude.

I mean you run your own business right?

Who does that?

Not the majority that’s for sure.

So there’s that part of you who knows you can….and it’s the same in my house….but

When I stop and think about all of the areas of my life where I have held myself back.

Putting limitations on what I thought was possible.

Realistic.

Limitations on what I think I am capable of.

I wonder how many limitations you’re putting on yourself.

Actually, that’s a lie. I don’t wonder. I see it every day.

I have invested thousands in courses, strategies, copy writing, coaching and masterminds.

Some of it’s been amazing.

It’s inspired me, sparked new ideas, motivated me, given me accountability.

Sometimes it’s been not so good.

But as a mentor, even the not so good has served a purpose in guiding me to what I want to create and how I want to serve.

However, this is not really the point.

The point is, before I was prepared to say I’m worth investing in, I didn’t know what I was capable of.

And then when I started investing, I didn’t believe I could do it on my own.

And then I believed I needed permission from someone else who knew more than me, had more experience than me, or was more intelligent than me.

Now I know that all of that is bullshit.

Whilst I will continue to invest in support for my business because I know an outside, emotionally unattached perspective from someone who has been there and done it before is worth gold.

I now know, that I no longer need permission to believe in myself.

I no longer need permission to dream big.

I no longer need permission to talk from the heart.

I no longer need permission to share my views.

And guess what?

Neither do you.

Running a business, marketing, standing out from your competition, isn’t just about fancy websites, leaflets or ‘strategy’ in the traditional sense.

When you’re offering a service where you are at the heart of what you do, it’s all about communicating who you are.

What you believe in.

What you stand for.

Every. Single. Day.

But you’re not doing it are you?

And it’s not because you don’t have an opinion or beliefs that are uniquely yours is it?

So my challenge for you today is to look at yourself.

What aren’t you doing?

Where are your limiting beliefs telling you, you can’t?

Where do you feel constricted?

Where are you telling yourself that you can’t?

It’s all bullshit.

And the first step is acknowledging it’s bullshit.

You can do this.

I know you can.
